Step 1 

The first step is to get your documents notarised.  This can be done by a notary or a solicitor. Contact us to get your documents notarised.

*Please be aware that documents issued by the UK General Register Office do not require notarization and therefore you can skip step 1. For a full list of these document scroll down below and click on “official documents”.

For standard service, you can get your documents legalised by the UK government by having the UK government verifying the public official’s signature on the document is genuine.

Step 3

Who can apostille a document in the UK?

In accordance with the Hague Apostille convention, there are relevant authorities in each country. The UK has the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office which can issue apostille stamps, this is commonly referred to as the FCO office.
