HBsAb (Hepatitis B surface antibodies): These antibodies develop after a person is infected with the hepatitis B virus and typically remain in the body for life. HBsAb play a crucial role in protecting against future infections by neutralizing the virus.
HBeAb (Hepatitis B e antibodies): These antibodies appear during the early stages of infection, usually disappearing within six months. However, some individuals may continue to produce low levels of HBeAb for up to a year after the initial infection.
