Update on COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior has reported a progression of limitations to check the spread of COVID-19 in Jeddah that will keep going for 15 days.

The limitations will happen from Saturday and are a reaction to an assessment of the wellbeing circumstance in the city by specialists.

The curfew in Jeddah will be between 3 p.m and 6 a.m. as of Saturday and mosques will be closed.

Representatives of services, government organizations and private division organizations in the city won’t work from the workplace.

Cafés and bistros will no longer serve food and drink on their premises and social events in excess of five individuals are restricted.

Local flights and train excursions will proceed to work and individuals can enter and leave the city outside of curfew.

Those individuals who were absolved from past limitations keep on being excluded from the present limitations.

The inside service included the quantity of basic cases in Riyadh is being checked and suitable move will be made should the number of coronavirus cases keep on ascending as has been the situation as of late.

In the meantime, the ministry reported 2,591 new instances of COVID-19, 31 passings from the ailment and 1,651 new recuperations from it on Friday.
